Osteopathic Manual therapy aims to understand the cause of the symptoms. This is a "systemic" approach that can act on functional disorders and symptoms.

The manual techniques used to help the body regain its health and mobility are very gentle. They include visceral, cranial, fluidic and structural techniques.

Our practitioner is a member of the Ontario Association of Osteopathic manual practitioners (O.A.O.).

Naturopathic Medicine

Our Naturopathic Doctor has had special training to help our Little ones! We enjoy working with children because we believe that it is best to lay the foundation for a healthy life at a young age in order to make the lasting changes.

Naturopathic Medicine is for patients who want in depth healthcare. It is for patients who want to be heard, feel like their concerns are validated and feel like their doctor is willing to work with them to solve their concerns.

Naturopathic doctors in Ontario are trained at an accredited Naturopathic Medical school, where they spend four years completing their studies after already completing an undergraduate degree from a university.

Naturopathic doctors can help you with a variety of concerns, including:

K-Taping® stands for Kinesiology Taping. K-tapes are stretchy bands that the practitioner apply on a muscle, a joint, a ligament to :

  • improve the muscle function,
  • eliminate the circulatory restrictions,
  • decrease the pain localy 
  • support the joint function

Kinesio-taping is included and part of the Osteopathic treatment if required.

Nutrition looks at each person as a unique individual with different needs, desires and goals. It focuses on the whole person: physically, mentally and emotionally.

Nutrition is a natural approach to health that uses purposeful, person specific case taking to understand diet and lifestyle.

Instead of a one size fits all methodology, Nutrition counselling assess:

Cosmetic Acupuncture

Your skin is an amazing organ because we are able to tell so much from the appearance of your it. The health of skin is an indication of your diet, hormones, stress, and your external environment!

Our Naturopathic Doctor offer specific skin consults for patients who are looking to focus on skincare. In an initial visit, we will discuss your skin in depth, and determine what will be best for your skin. Recommendations may include further cosmetic acupuncture sessions.

Cosmetic acupuncture is a treatment where very fine needles will be inserted into your face. It compliments nutritional and lifestyle recommendations to help you achieve healthier looking skin from the inside out. The goal is to improve the overall appearance of your skin and to reduce inflammation, and the look of fine lines, wrinkles and scars.

Cosmetic Acupuncture is provided by our Naturopathic Doctor.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy is a form of intervention in which the therapist and child work to develop or improve skills for daily living through activity. Principal “occupations” of childhood include play, school performance, community participation, and self-care.

Through play, purposeful interaction, assessment, and intervention, we work to assist in reaching developmental goals.

OT’s use of family-centered goals and a variety of tools/frameworks. Our therapy approach is specifically tailored to each child

Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

he goal of Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy is to improve pelvic floor function through exercises, lifestyle modifications, education and hands on treatment to decrease and eliminate your symptoms. This therapy involves assessing and treating a group of muscles that are involved with urinary, bowel, and sexual function.

Pelvic Floor Therapy can help you with a variety of concerns, including:

  • urine leakage,
  • pain with intercourse,
  • pain with tampon insertion,
  • endometriosis,
  • pain in your pelvis
  • have bowel troubles (both constipation and bowel leakage)
  • heaviness or pressure that's new or changing in your pelvis.
